Meet Pat Bennett! Pat has worked out of the northern division for the past 23 years. When Pat was young, he enjoyed operating equipment and saw an opportunity to work for Ulland Brothers when they were doing work on Hwy 73. He applied and originally got hired as a parts runner and has worked his way up to his current position as a Crushing Supervisor.

Over the past year, you could find Pat working on one of his favorite projects at Minntac Step 2 and Step 3, crushing, screening, concentrate hauling and digging. When asked what the favorite part of his job is, Pat says he enjoys the challenge of things changing so quickly and then trying to make it all work out in the end – and of course the good people he gets to work with.

Pat says that Ulland Brothers is “a great place to work and a lot of good people here.” And remember, if Pat isn’t smiling on the outside, he is smiling on the inside!!
