Mike Warren is no stranger to the construction business with 34 years of experience under his belt. Twenty-six years ago, he says that Ulland Brothers was the biggest company around with lots of new trucks and equipment. Several friends that worked often bragged about what a great company Ulland Brothers is to work for so he applied and was hired.
One of his favorite things about his job is the adrenaline rush in the morning when everything gets rollin’! Mike definitely encountered plenty of that this season while supervising the clean up of the Taconite Harbor coal yard. Coordinating 48 trucks and 4 operators on one job and another 5-10 workers on another nearby project kept him hopping!
When asked about working for Ulland Brothers, Mike says, “I highly recommend a life long career with Ulland Brothers. It’s a top shelf company that treats its employees very well, and there’s so many positions to choose from throughout your career.”
A fun fact about Mike: he learned how to play bluegrass on guitar and dobro when he was 11 years old and plans to pick them back up when he retires.
We are glad to have you here, Mike! Thank you for your years of dedication!
